Kalp – Cancer Screening Camp

On 29th of June 2013, Kalp Cancer Foundation conducted cancer screening camp in association with Helping Hands India Trust at Karhalli village in HHIT office premises.

Cancer screening was performed for cervical, breast and oral cancers as per the guidelines. We found four people with potentially malignant oral cavity disorders. There were two women with suspicious cervical cancer for whom colposcopy was advised. Five women underwent PAP smear test, which were reported normal.
